This was the contents of a package that was given to Andy and I as we checked into our hotel room at the Okemo Ski Lodge.
Um, anyone want to guess the logic behind this swag bag?

Audrey Niffenegger: The Time Traveler's Wife
One book that I wish had no end. It made me feel at home both in its story-telling and its vignettes of Chicago.
Irene Nemirovsky: Suite Francaise
Finished. An incredible and depressing account of France during the German invasion and occupation of WWII. Only the first two chapters in a story that was destined for five. It's upsetting to think that Ms. Nemirovsky never knew how the story ended.
Mark Haddon: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
I think this is a boy book. I liked it, but Andy really liked it.
My theory is that they want you to stay energized (granola bars) but they know that skiing can make you sore(advil) and often people get a cold in the winter (halls). And if you are only there for a weekend quickie with your hubbie, they want you to be prepared in case aunt flo comes to visit instead. Or maybe the advil is for the cramps...hard to guess :)
