The Year of the Tiger and 'Shiny' Dresses

Theo's school had a Chinese New Year pot luck party this evening.  Some of the kids were wearing traditional Chinese outfits.  Theo could NOT stop looking at these outfits.  About 10 minutes later, he turned to me in desperation and said:

"Dad, I want a shiny dress like that other boy has."
